1 HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES?
If you have a question that is not answered on our site you can call Customer Services on +44 (0) 28 8772 5335 or email info@tyronecrystal.com.

2 I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD
Go to the My Account page, type in your name and email address and click on Email My Password . Your password will be emailed to you in a few minutes.

3 HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

• Shop by browsing through our online catalogue or searching by category.Click on the image to access the individual item's product page where you will be given information on sizing options and related products.
• Add merchandise to your shopping bag by clicking on the 'Add to Bag' button near the desired item.
• Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the 'Remove' button next to the item. To change the number of items use the dropdown menu beside quantity and select the new quantity. Click on the Recalculate button to show the new price
• To resume shopping after viewing your shopping bag, click the 'Continue Shopping' button. Please be aware that when the item is in your shopping bag another customer can still purchase it.
• Proceed to checkout to finalize your purchases and follow the instructions.

4 HOW DO I FIND A SPECIFIC ITEM?
We have designed the Tyrone Crystal website with two shopping modes in mind - browsing and instant purchasing. While browsing you can enjoy the catalogue content, then click to add items to your shopping bag. Alternatively, if you know what you are looking for, use the SEARCH feature found on the tool bar and buy the items immediately using the Buy Now button.

5 HOW DO I KNOW WHAT IS IN STOCK?
All items shown are in stock unless the words "Not in Stock" appear under the Product Title. If an item you are interested in is out-of-stock, please email sales@tyronecrystal.com or telephone on 44(0) 28 8772 5335 to inform us of your interest.

6 WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES TYRONE CRYSTAL ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Delta, and Switch debit cards.

7 IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT TYRONE CRYSTAL?
Our site is as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using our payment partner, Worldpay, a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Credit card details are entered into our payment partner's systems and are neither transmitted by nor held on Tyrone Crystal systems.

If you prefer not to order on-line you may call Tyrone Crystal at +44 (0) 28 8772 5335 to place your order by telephone. We will still require your credit card details to complete the transaction.

8 HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
After you place your on-line order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Once your payment has been cleared and the items ordered have been located, your order will be accepted and the items shipped.

9 CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
If you wish you may contact a Customer Service representative and they will take your order and payment details over the telephone. Call Customer Services at +44 (0) 28 8772 5335.

10 IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?
Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information. For details please read the Tyrone Crystal privacy policy which outlines the information we need to collect for processing and delivering orders on our website. Please note that Tyrone Crystal does not keep your credit card details on the Tyrone Crystal website, and these details are therefore protected from any breach of security at the Tyrone Crystal website.

11 HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3-4 days. Please allow up to a further 2-3 days for delivery as external factors may cause delays.

Your order will be shipped once:

Payment has been approved.
ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified.
iii) If you have ordered an item from a waiting list it will be shipped once the merchandise is in stock.

In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which all three of these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter.

12 HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping costs will be calculated depending on the size, weight and destination of your package. All shipping is handled by Parcel Force and their partners Worldwide.

The following table is only an indication of shipping costs, actual costs depend on the size and weight configuration of the merchandise purchased.

13 RETURNS POLICY
Our Returns Policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)Regulations 2000.

If you have purchased Tyrone Crystal products on-line as a consumer, your order for such goods may be cancelled by written or on-line notice to Tyrone Crystal if the notice of cancellation is made within seven days from the date on which you received the goods. The notice should be emailed to customerservices@tyronecrystal.com.

On Receipt of such notice, Tyrone Crystal will send you a Tyrone Crystal Returns Form which must be completed by you and returned to Tyrone Crystal with the goods.

You are responsible for

• Ensuring that goods returned are in 'as new' condition, unused and with seals intact. Goods that are damaged, opened or used will be returned to you and no further action will be taken by Tyrone Crystal;
• Ensuring that goods are returned complete - If any goods are missing when received by Tyrone Crystal then these goods will be returned to you and no further action will be taken by Tyrone Crystal;
• All carriage costs of returning the goods;
• Ensuring that the returned goods are received by Tyrone Crystal within 14 days from the date on which you received them.

On receipt by Tyrone Crystal of your returned goods in 'as new' condition and the Tyrone Crystal Returns Form, we will credit your credit card account with the full cost of your purchase.
